Job summary

Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group, seeks a Conference Center Manager to lead evening operations and ensure world-class hospitality for high-profile meetings and events. You’ll manage a team, coordinate AV and catering, and maintain exceptional client relationships.

You’ll steer strategy, drive profitability and safety, and champion continuous improvement while delivering a refined client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in meetings, events, hospitality operations, or conference services.
• Proven leadership in managing and developing teams in luxury settings.
• Strong planning, logistics, and service delivery expertise.
• Experience working with senior executives and VIP clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional hospitality and conference center services.
• Foster an inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify staffing needs and support workforce planning for coverage.
• Deliver a high-touch luxury experience for clients and guests by anticipating needs.
• Manage afternoon and evening events and related services.
• Oversee AV, catering, room setups, facilities, signage, security, and accommodations.
• Lead day-of execution of complex VIP events with cross-functional coordination.
• Flexibly support evening and weekend events as needed.
