Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in Event Management or Conference Services.
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Delphi and Opera experience; cloud-based exposure preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage and meeting room setup.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Maintain strong client relations and ensure conference specifications are communicated and executed.
• Monitor and manage room blocks and meeting space per contract.
• Review sales contracts, block details, and attrition clauses; communicate with clients.
• Produce and distribute Conference Resume and BEOs ahead of events.
• Collaborate with Culinary team to execute catering events and banquets.
• Develop SOPs for conference service department with the Director of Catering.
• Forecast group rooms and F&B revenues within a 5% variance.
• Check block details and update reservations staff; participate in site visits.
• Assist Sales and Events team and handle billing reviews for accuracy.
