Qualifications

• Experience in hotel event or sales is preferred.
• Ability to manage menus, agendas and hotel meeting services.
• Strong communication and coordination with staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service events, focusing on Banquet Food & Beverage.
• Plan menus, set agendas and coordinate hotel meeting services.
• Review contracts and facilitate communication before, during and after events with hotel staff.
• Host hotel tours and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Participate in and lead event meetings and other staff meetings.
• Collaborate with an Administrative Assistant and other support staff.
