Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or business development.
• 3+ years of experience in mattress, bedding, furniture, home furnishings, or related consumer products sales.
• Strong network within the mattress, bedding, or sleep products industry preferred.
• Experience with Market Research to assess opportunities, competitor activity, and customer segments.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to support accounts and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue for the mattress division across assigned territories and retail channels.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the brand's presence within department stores, specialty retailers, independent bedding retailers, and industry partners.
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail partners, ensuring exceptional service and account performance.
• Leverage industry relationships to increase market penetration and strengthen the brand's retail footprint.
• Conduct regular account visits to review sales performance and implement growth plans.
