Compass Group USA’s Eurest division seeks an experienced Assistant Manager for the Delta One Premium Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This senior hospitality role partners with the General Manager to oversee daily lounge operations, lead front- and back-of-house teams, and drive operational excellence while supporting financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality leadership or equivalent.
• Experience delivering Forbes Five-Star or luxury service standards.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily lounge operations and guest service.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve service excellence.
• Foster hospitality-focused culture and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Compass Group policies and standards.
• Build relationships with guests, clients, and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor performance and implement service/efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on quality and food safety.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash handling.
