Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a General Manager for the Delta Sky Lounge ATL to lead operations, manage the budget, and drive client satisfaction. You will build relationships with employees, guests, and the client, guiding cross-department collaboration and developing the team.

The role emphasizes cost control, compliance, and strategic planning to align dining services with facility goals, while fostering professional growth and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years of food service experience, including five years at the management level.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in employee meetings, reviews, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain food costs while ensuring quality standards.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with staff, clients, guests, and other departments.
• Manage financial reporting, sales reports, P&L reports, annual budgets, and cash handling.
• Analyze and create trends for financial data.
• Manage purchasing and inventory controls.
• Plan menus in consultation with chefs.
• Ensure knowledge of HACCP controls and proper storage and use of food.
