Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent fine dining experience.
• 3–5 years in upscale fine dining with at least 2 years of management experience.
• Cash handling and POS reconciliation.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach hourly staff.
• Ability to plan, market and execute events/promotions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service techniques and standards.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, and develops FOH staff in fine dining service standards.
• Maintains schedules, payroll, and cost controls.
• Organizes pre-shift and departmental meetings daily.
• Communicates with all departments to meet guest needs.
• Creates seating charts and station assignments daily.
• Maintains reservation systems to accommodate demand.
• Ensures high service standards and guest satisfaction.
