MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant General Manager – Lounges at Bellagio in Las Vegas. This leadership role oversees daily lounge operations, drives guest service excellence, and partners with venue leadership to optimize performance and staff development.

The ideal candidate will manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and beverage operations while upholding Bellagio’s standards of luxury and WOW moments for guests.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
• Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control
• Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
• Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests
• Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division
• Provide guidance and counsel to beverage employees, ensure the staff is scheduled properly
• Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
