MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager – Lounges at Bellagio to support daily lounge beverage operations, drive exceptional service, and lead the beverage team in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will help ensure guest experiences are seamless, manage inventory, and contribute to revenue-focused beverage operations across the Bellagio lounges.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

THE JOB:

As an Assistant Beverage Manager – Lounges at Bellagio , you will support the daily operations of the lounge beverage venues, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and a seamless guest experience. You will assist in leading and developing the beverage team while maintaining Bellagio’s commitment to luxury and hospitality. By anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized service, you will help create unforgettable WOW moments that guests will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department
• Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control
• Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
• Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests
• Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division
• Provide guidance and counsel to beverage employees, ensure the staff is scheduled properly
• Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
