Fairmont New Orleans in the Central Business District is seeking a polished Lobby Lounge Bartender to join our luxury team. You will prepare cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an engaging guest experience in the Lobby Lounge.

The role requires knowledge of cocktails and spirits, the ability to suggest pairings, maintain service standards, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional beverage service.
• Welcome guests and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage and food offerings.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages to recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist with VIP events and hotel functions.
