Job summary

Fleur du Mal in New York is seeking a passionate Stylist to join our boutique teams. Deliver styling experiences, build client relationships, and contribute to boutique success through strong sales performance and thoughtful clienteling.

Requirements include 2+ years in luxury fashion retail, passion for styling, and excellent communication. You will support POS, inventory, events, and maintain a luxurious store environment aligned with Fleur du Mal aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury fashion, designer brands, lingerie, or intimate apparel.
• Passion for styling, fashion and elevated client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with authentic client connections.
• Proven ability to drive sales through personalized service and product knowledge.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with a boutique team.
• Comfortable using POS systems and clienteling/outreach tools.
• Flexible weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized styling experience with expert product knowledge and fit guidance.
• Build lasting client relationships through clienteling, outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of Fleur du Mal collections across lingerie, ready-to-wear and swim.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals via units per transaction and client outreach.
• Create an inviting, empowering store environment and brand experience.
• Collaborate with the team to sustain a warm, elevated atmosphere.
• Support daily operations, including POS, inventory, and procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing, stock organization and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain productivity during downtime with client outreach and merchandising support.
• Uphold brand standards in all client interactions and operations.
• Support events, activations, trunk shows and community partnerships.
