Job summary

M.M.LaFleur is seeking a Stylist for our Georgetown, D.C. store who excels in premium customer service and relationship-building. You will build a client book, proactively reach out for appointments, and drive repeat business through thoughtful styling and follow-up.

You will provide top-tier styling advice, close sales, and stay informed on merchandise and promotions to support store performance. This is an appointment-driven, on-site role with growth toward full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in premium or luxury retail or high-touch sales.
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals and building repeat clientele.
• Ability to proactively generate appointments and drive revenue through clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Styling, selling, and brand expertise to curate looks and drive sales.
• Build and maintain an active client book and implement follow-up communications.
• Understand store performance metrics and contribute to meeting sales targets.
• Participate in high-volume events and convert traffic to showroom visits and sales.
• Stay current on merchandise and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
