DÔEN is seeking a Full-Time Stylist at our New York flagship to provide a personalized client experience on the sales floor, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic through styling advice and product knowledge.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in fashion retail (luxury preferred), strong communication, adaptability, and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. The role emphasizes sales, store presentation, and client relationship building to support the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fashion retail environment. Luxury retail preferred.
• Energetic, confident and adaptable personality with problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
