BBJ La Tavola, the nation’s largest specialty linen rental company with roots dating to 1983, seeks an Account Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships in Napa, CA. You will represent our brand in a positive, professional manner while driving showroom sales and delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will schedule appointments, greet clients, and provide luxury, individualized service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Proven track record at account management and achieving sales metrics year over year
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Responsabilités

• Schedule showroom appointments from online inquiries, customer service calls and referrals within 24 hours
• Greet clients in showroom courteously and ensure timely service for scheduled and walk-in appointments
• Use showroom calendar to schedule client appointments for a luxury experience with individualized service
• Deliver high quality of service by understanding client needs, listening, engaging and following up
• Maintain and grow sales revenue for assigned book of clients through meetings, design assistance and follow up
• Maintain professional demeanor and dress code at all times
• Achieve KPI targets with 10 client meetings weekly, 40 monthly and 120 quarterly
• Expand client database with prospect meetings weekly
• Keep showroom tidy, clean, and organized
• Collaborate with Customer Service partner for prompt communication
• Handle swatch requests and quotes in timely manner
