Job summary

PS is a luxury hospitality company operating private airport terminals, currently at LAX, ATL, CDG, with expansions to DFW and MIA. We seek a Line Cook to prepare catered meals for in-suite orders, keep prep areas clean, and maintain stocked stations to guarantee top-tier dining for our members.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a fast-paced kitchen, holds a Food Handler Certificate, and can work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prep all catered meals and complete pre-ordered food requests, including from-scratch items.
• Prep and execute immediate presentation of all food requests during shift.
• Maintain open communication with Hospitality and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with incoming deliveries, inventory, and restocking of prep stations.
