Job summary

PS operates private airport terminals offering seamless luxury experiences at ATL and other airports. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, bartending and guest services in a 24‑hour, high-end environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a pristine lounge, knowledgeable beverage service, strict safety standards, and personalized member engagement to ensure a premium experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Wine and Spirit knowledge.
• Full availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations.
• Ability to focus on member needs and stay calm.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a spotless and presentable luxury facility for all members and administrative activity.
• Check in new products and maintain inventory.
• Prepare salon as prescribed by department requirements.
• Move products and salon items from the administration building to the Salon on a consistent basis.
• Assist members regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Interact with members in a way that makes them feel special.
• Proper and friendly service when in contact with all members
• Comply with liquor laws.
• Maintain accountability, both personal and financial
