PS is expanding its luxury hospitality footprint and seeks a Line Cook to support daily meal preparation for catered and in-suite orders. You will maintain prep areas, manage station inventories, and ensure high-quality culinary experiences for our members.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of prep/line cook experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a Food Handler Certificate. Safe food handling and efficient multitasking are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as prep/line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Passionate about culinary arts and creative cooking with knowledge of ingredients
• Food Handler Certificate required
• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently

Responsabilités

• Prep all catered meals and complete pre-ordered food requests
• Prepare and present food during shift
• Coordinate with Hospitality and Housekeeping to ensure smooth service
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and restocking of prep stations
• Perform other tasks as needed
