Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to ensure sales and showroom procedures are followed.
• Partner with Business Development Specialists and foster collaboration across the business.
• Develop proactive sales and business development strategies to target and convert new customers.
• Utilize sales and operations data to drive behaviours and priorities.
• Work with marketing to identify and develop local market events.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing showroom and manage inventory.
