Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. seeks a results-driven showroom sales professional to blend client service with technical design responsibilities.

You will work with trade and consumer clients to deliver lighting and shading solutions from concept to installation in our Kansas City showroom. The role requires 3+ years in retail or showroom sales, experience with design or building products, and comfort with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or showroom sales experience.
• Experience in design or building products industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; D365 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass showroom sales objectives.
• Manage sales cycle from opportunity to invoice.
• Provide expert design consultation to trade and retail clients.
• Develop relationships with architects, builders and designers.
• Prepare proposals, BOMs, and technical documentation.
