Job summary

Golub & Company LLC in Atlanta oversees BRYKS Upper Westside, a 576-unit luxury community, seeking a Leasing Consultant. The role includes tours, applications, leases, CRM management, and resident events to deliver exceptional service.

Weekend hours are required. The position offers $20–$23 per hour with commissions and monthly leasing goal bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a culture focused on innovation and integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales-related experience.
• Previous apartment leasing experience with proven, exceptional closing skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and administrative acumen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, including touring prospects, processing applications, and preparing leases while following regulatory guidelines.
• Enter new lease information into leasing software and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage lease files.
• Monitor the CRM system and follow-up on leads and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers.
• Monitor and evaluate competitors' rental rates; prepare weekly market surveys; recommend rate changes.
• Assist in move-in / move-out process.
• Receive resident service requests and administer the building work order system.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs of the facility and report concerns to maintenance.
• Maintain schedules for amenity spaces.
• Coordinate resident events and send communications.
