Simpson Housing Auden Apartment Homes in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a luxury 325-unit mid-rise community. You will tour the property, present it compellingly, and help prospective residents find the right home.

As part of our property operations team, you will manage the leasing and renewal process, monitor market trends, coordinate resident events, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily real estate, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Touring and presenting the community and assisting prospective residents.
• Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables.
• Inspecting vacant apartments to ensure readiness for move-in.
• Planning and coordinating resident functions throughout the year.
• Building strong relationships with residents through outstanding service.
