You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases and process rental applications in compliance with fair housing laws. A strong focus on relationship-building and a professional demeanor is essential.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range with bonus opportunities related to new leases and renewals, along with a comprehensive benefits package and standard workweek.

Formación

• 2+ years leasing experience on an apartment community.
• Experience with mid/high-rise luxury communities preferred.
• Strong leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM and being organized.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi or similar programs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and residents.
• Answer and return resident calls and emails.
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and on time.
• Sell features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Show apartments and secure leases.
