Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Residence Buckhead Atlanta Luxury Apartment Homes in Atlanta, GA. The role involves touring the community, assisting residents in finding the right home, and managing the leasing to renewal cycle.

The position requires 2+ years in multifamily real estate or related fields, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office; leasing experience is helpful. Various benefits and a competitive pay range are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary.
• Experience with MS Office Suite is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home.
• Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables.
• Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Planning and coordinating resident events throughout the year.
• Building strong relationships with residents through outstanding customer service.
