The Leasing Consultant is responsible for driving residential leasing activity at the Samuels & Associates Pierce Boston property, guiding prospective residents from inquiry to move-in, and supporting resident satisfaction and retention. You will work with the property team to meet occupancy and revenue goals while presenting the building’s luxury amenities in a compelling way.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in residential leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to close business.

Responsabilités

• Generate leasing activity by responding to inquiries, conducting tours, presenting amenities, and communicating the value of the community.
• Manage the leasing process from application through lease execution, including reviewing applications and explaining terms.
• Build relationships with prospective and current residents focusing on satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
• Support occupancy and revenue by following up with prospects and monitoring pricing and availability.
• Coordinate property marketing initiatives, events, and activities to generate traffic and strengthen the brand.
• Maintain accurate leasing, prospect, resident, and property records in CRM and reporting.
• Process deposits, rent payments, and other leasing-related transactions in accordance with procedures.
• Represent the property professionally and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participate in required meetings, weekends, evenings, and events as needed.
