Hanover Colony Place in Plymouth, MA is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, conduct tours, and guide residents through the leasing process, using Entrata and standard property management practices.

You will maintain high service standards, coordinate marketing relationships, manage renewals, and help keep the property looking inviting while ensuring top-notch resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and respond professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, especially in written communication and documentation.
• Knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software; proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents in all interactions.
• Conduct tours, answer inquiries, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Manage Entrata dashboard to ensure timely follow-ups and requests.
• Understand lease documents and ensure completion before move-in with manager approval.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing targets and renewals with accuracy.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to drive leasing traffic.
• Assist with advertising materials and market knowledge of rents, concessions, and occupancy trends.
• Help maintain curb appeal and conduct daily model inspections for a welcoming environment.
• Assist with renewals, transfers, and move-outs to ensure seamless resident experiences.
• Report liability or maintenance issues promptly to maintain safety and appearance.
• Support resident retention and respond to feedback; escalate issues to management when needed.
• Adhere to corporate standards and uniform policy; participate in monthly programs and team activities.
