Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent – Lease-Up for a Class A luxury lease-up in California. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, delivering memorable leasing experiences and supporting occupancy goals.

Work closely with the Property Manager and team to maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and performance. A high school diploma is required; 1–2 years in leasing or related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 1–2 years leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for prospective residents and provide excellent leasing experiences.
• Support property’s leasing and occupancy goals with strong customer service.
