Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent for a luxury lease-up in Tucson. You will be the first contact for prospects, delivering a superior leasing experience, building relationships, and supporting occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in leasing or related fields; familiarity with luxury communities is a plus. Strong communication and organization are essential, with a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents.

We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent – Lease-Up!

AMC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a Class A luxury lease-up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premier community from day one—helping residents find their perfect home and contributing to the success of a luxury living experience.

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for delivering exceptional leasing experience, building strong relationships, and supporting the property’s leasing and occupancy goals. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and team to maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.

Additional Information

Compensation: Full-Time $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
