Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a full-time Property Manager to lead operations at a Class A luxury lease-up in California. You will oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, financial performance, vendor management, and a developing team to deliver exceptional living experiences from the ground up.

The role requires 3–5 years in property management, including lease-up or luxury properties, supervisory experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience, preferably with lease-up or luxury Class A properties.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to coach and develop a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and preserve confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the property focusing on resident satisfaction, retention, and lease lifecycle management.
• Oversee the property’s P&L and ensure financial goals are met.
• Implement and manage strategic marketing to drive leasing and occupancy targets.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team; provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure property upkeep meets standards.
