Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent for a luxury Class A lease-up. As the first contact for prospective residents, you will deliver a superior leasing experience and help residents find their perfect home.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager and team to meet occupancy goals, maintain high standards of service, presentation, and performance, and foster lasting relationships with residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
