Join a customer-focused team with 1–2 years of leasing or related experience, strong communication, and a professional demeanor. A valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Build relationships and support the property's leasing and occupancy goals.
