Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Agent for a luxury lease-up community. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, delivering an exceptional leasing experience and building relationships to meet occupancy goals.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager and team to uphold high standards of service, presentation, and performance. A high school diploma is required, with 1–2 years in leasing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and deliver an exceptional leasing experience.
• Build and maintain relationships to support leasing and occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and team to maintain standards of customer service, presentation, and performance.
• Document and track applicant information using Microsoft Office Suite.
