Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join a Class A luxury lease-up. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, delivering exceptional leasing experiences and helping residents find their perfect home.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals and maintain high standards of service, presentation, and performance in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for prospective residents and deliver a high-quality leasing experience.
• Build relationships and support property’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Work with Property Manager to maintain customer service and presentation standards.
