• Experience in client service, account management, or concierge roles in high-end landscaping, hospitality, or luxury services.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, and seasonal plant care.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape conditions and client satisfaction.
• Translate client goals into actionable plans for production crews and maintenance teams.
