Mariani Landscape is seeking an Associate Client Representative to manage the client relationship from the original sale through weekly maintenance, serving as the one point of contact for maintenance clients.

You will follow company processes to maintain client satisfaction, present maintenance proposals, schedule work with production teams, monitor billing, and identify opportunities to add services while upholding Mariani’s reputation for top-quality landscapes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in the landscape industry or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of landscape terminology and services.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from initial sale through weekly maintenance.
• Serve as the single point of contact for maintenance clients.
• Present maintenance proposals, renewals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with production coordinators and crew leaders to satisfy client needs.
• Monitor billing and identify opportunities to expand services.
