The CR will cultivate lasting relationships and drive revenue through upsells and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced at balancing and organizing many different priorities.
• Previous experience with high-end clientele.
• Detail oriented and able to trust and follow the process.
• A Team Player.
• Background in horticulture, garden/estate management, landscape architecture, and or other applicable green industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Act as a trusted concierge on property, fostering long-term professional relationships with clients built on trust, timely/professional communication, and white-glove service experience.
• Enhancement Sales: Actively identify, estimate, sell, and manage landscape enhancement opportunities at a 70% penetration rate of base services revenue.
• Sales Tracking: monitor performance KPIs to achieve or exceed annual revenue goals and profitability targets.
• Site Walks: Perform regular garden walks on assigned properties and maintain accurate logs of activities, gauge landscape status, and identify tasks.
• Picture Punch Lists: Consistently produce picture punch lists to identify client requests or tasks to be performed by the base crew.
• Weekly Communication: Maintain professional relationships with all clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Irrigation Management: Regularly operate irrigation systems and updates onsite.
• Garden Quality: Manage maintenance services, plant health care, and irrigation for overall landscape success.
• Crew Interaction: Meet crews on site regularly to ensure high-quality work and teamwork.
