Job summary

Mariani Landscape seeks an experienced Account Manager to join our Maintenance team. You will act as a horticulture concierge and liaison between clients and production, cultivating long-term relationships and delivering a personalized service experience.

The role requires proactive communication, knowledge of horticulture, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance crews to ensure high-quality, timely execution of services.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or concierge roles, preferably in luxury services.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, and seasonal plant care.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships with attention to detail and discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits; valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact; ensure needs are met or exceeded.
• Act as conduit between clients and production crews; translate goals into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Anticipate client needs and provide tailored landscape recommendations.
• Advocate for client priorities and maintain detailed service records.
