Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to coordinate with production crews and proactively manage residential estate properties. The role demands an impeccable eye for detail, knowledge of high-end landscape practices, and strong humor and teamwork.

The candidate will lead maintenance crews, ensure safety, and uphold contract standards while identifying opportunities to enhance services and satisfaction for diverse clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Five years landscaping field experience with property management exposure.
• Degree or certification in horticulture preferred; experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants, pruning, and maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of services.
• Provide high-level customer service with strong written and verbal communication.
• Identify and sell ancillary services such as irrigation upgrades.
• Manage diverse assignments and oversee crews of 4–12 people.
• Inspect properties and resolve issues within client budgets and needs.
• Produce billing docs and conduct customer walk-throughs.
