Berghoff Design Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our Maintenance team. You will be the horticulture concierge, building long-term client relationships and coordinating with production crews to deliver seamless, personalized service.

You should bring proven client-service experience in luxury landscaping, strong horticultural knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel locally for site visits is required, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client service or concierge roles within luxury services.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Aspire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs are met.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to translate client goals into actionable plans.
• Monitor service delivery and address issues promptly.
• Educate clients on plant care and seasonal landscape changes.
• Advocate for client priorities in planning and execution.
