Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience in horticulture or landscape management.
• Proven experience in landscape account management for luxury residential or high-end markets.
• Strong knowledge of plants, turf, pests, and landscape preservation best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for discerning clients.
• Proficiency with landscape management software, CRM platforms, and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of luxury residential clients and respond rapidly to inquiries.
• Manage and renew annual landscape maintenance contracts, identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, masonry experts, and installation crews for seamless transitions.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor plant health, turf, hardscaping, and aesthetics, addressing issues proactively.
• Prepare and present enhancement proposals and service estimates for existing clients.
• Coordinate scheduling and quality control with field supervisors and maintenance crews.
