Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture with active LA license.
• 10+ years of landscape architecture experience with high-end residential focus.
• Extensive regional horticultural knowledge of Mid-Atlantic/East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design, site planning, and grading for luxury residential projects (≈30% workload).
• Lead client discovery meetings, deliver high-profile design presentations, and advise clients throughout the project.
• Mentor designers across levels through critiques and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to realize ambitious concepts.
• Nurture relationships with prospective clients, architects, builders, and industry pros.
• Maintain and elevate design standards with emerging tech and regional horticultural practices.
