Rossen Landscape in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Residential Landscape Account Manager to build client relationships and drive service sales for luxury landscape projects. You will respond to requests, discuss goods and services, and use CRM tools to manage accounts, billing, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in landscaping, customer service, and sales, with a valid driver’s license and a detail‑oriented, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3 years landscaping experience
• 3 years customer service experience
• 1 year sales experience
• 1 year LMA experience
• Horticulture studies preferred
• Business management desired
• Driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship - Leveraging technology CRM software (Aspire, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams).
• Property Advocacy - Processing maintenance requests based on client feedback.
• Prompt Client Response - Acknowledging and responding within 24 hours.
• Client Experience - Discuss information about goods or services with clients.
• Enhancement Identification - Identify avenues for property improvement and scheduling services.
• Estimating And Selling - Determine sales charges and arrange billing.
• Project Management - Ensure projects are delivered as promised.
• Quality Assurance - Inspect and maintain performance management services.
• Coaching and Mentoring - Foster a coaching culture for team development.
