Business Resources One is seeking a Landscape Construction Manager in Sterling, VA. The role directs all phases of luxury landscape projects, ensuring flawless delivery on budget and schedule while collaborating with a design-driven team.

The candidate will lead premium residential builds, manage on-site crews, interpret blueprints, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. A strong client communication ability is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, materials, and custom landscape features.
• Proven leadership in managing field crews.
• Ability to read landscape architectural plans and blueprints.
• Excellent problem solving and client communication; proficient with MS Office and PM software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean history.
• Experience in hardscaping, irrigation, and outdoor lighting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee premium residential landscape builds from inception to completion.
• Maintain premium brand standards, design quality, and project excellence.
• Coordinate daily schedules for on-site crews and subcontractors.
• Partner with homeowners and design teams during execution.
• Track project financials and timelines to ensure profitability across sites.
• Uphold safety and compliance policies on job sites.
