Job summary

Galbraith Grounds Management is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to be the primary liaison for a portfolio of luxury residential and estate clients. You will understand each property, anticipate client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure Galbraith standards are met.

You will build trusted relationships with homeowners, estate managers, and landscape professionals while overseeing maintenance, horticultural services, and property enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape account management, horticulture, landscape production, luxury residential services, or a related client-facing role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plant material, horticulture, turf care, pruning, irrigation, and landscape installation.
• Experience working with high-end residential properties, estate properties, or discerning clientele strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned residential and estate clients, providing a consistent and highly responsive client experience.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each property, including client expectations, preferences, priorities, and long-term vision.
• Conduct regular property walks, identify horticultural concerns, maintenance needs, and opportunities for improvement.
