Qualifications

  • Proven experience in landscape account management for luxury residential or high‑end commercial markets.
  • Strong botanical knowledge, regional plant identification, pest management, turf care, and landscape preservation best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of relationships with discerning clients.
  • Proficiency in landscape management software, CRM platforms, and standard estimating tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to visit sites in the Washington, DC metro area.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of luxury residential clients and respond to maintenance inquiries.
  • Manage and renew annual landscape maintenance contracts and identify opportunities for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with landscape architects, masonry experts, and installation crews for seamless transitions to maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor plant health, turf, hardscaping, and overall aesthetics.
  • Prepare, present, and close enhancement proposals and service estimates for existing clients.
  • Coordinate scheduling and quality control with field supervisors to meet luxury standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on industry experience).
  • Proven experience in landscape account management, specifically tailored to the luxury residential or high‑end commercial market.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building lasting relationships with discerning clients.

  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to conduct frequent local site visits throughout the Washington, DC metro area.
  • Base salary starting at $90,000 commensurate with experience
  • Commission structure tied to account growth and enhancement sales
