Job summary

Torrco Design Center Stamford is seeking a Design Center Sales Consultant to welcome homeowners, designers, and trade professionals and guide them through premium kitchen and bath fixture selections.

This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service from consultation to order completion, managing the sales cycle, coordinating with vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining a polished showroom that reflects Torrco's luxury brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience with homeowners, designers, builders a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM, order-entry, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client needs.
• Recommend and sell premium fixtures and decorative plumbing.
• Manage projects through selections, quotes, orders, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to move orders.
• Track orders and proactively communicate with clients.
• Maintain a polished showroom reflecting Torrco experience.
