Job summary

Clarke, New England's premium kitchen showroom network, seeks a Showroom Consultant for its Boston/Milford studios. You will deliver personalized guidance to homeowners, designers, and trade professionals, guiding product selections and coordinating with authorized retail partners to finalize purchases.

In this role you will conduct in-person and virtual consultations, ask questions to uncover lifestyle needs, and demonstrate Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove and related brands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional service in luxury retail, hospitality, appliances or client-focused environments.
• Strong presentation, listening, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn, retain and clearly explain detailed technical product information.
• Comfort using customer relationship management systems, scheduling tools and standard business technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct personalized in-person and virtual showroom consultations for scheduled appointments and walk-in guests.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client's lifestyle, design goals and appliance needs.
• Educate clients on Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove and complementary brands through clear explanations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Explain product features, configurations and installation considerations accurately and confidently.
• Create clear product-selection summaries and connect clients with an authorized retail partner for pricing and purchase.
• Maintain timely follow-up throughout the appliance-selection process and remain a resource as projects progress.
• Accurately document appointments, selections, client communications in Clarke's CRM.
