Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling is seeking an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer who has personally sold over $2 million annually in high-end remodeling projects. You will lead in-home design consultations, craft personalized luxury concepts, and guide clients from first meeting to signed agreements and production handoff in the Metro Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Sold $2M+ in remodeling projects in a year.
• Proven record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales.
• Experience selling kitchen and bathroom projects in Metro Atlanta.
• Experience serving affluent homeowners with high expectations for design and service.
• Strong knowledge of space planning for kitchens and baths.
• Proficiency with 20/20 Design or similar software.
• Ability to balance design creativity with budget, scope, and gross profit.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel across Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta and present personalized concepts.
• Build trust with affluent homeowners and manage client relationships.
• Translate client ideas into beautiful, functional kitchen/bath designs.
• Advise on cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, finishes, and storage.
• Present proposals, investment options, and pricing with confidence.
• Guide clients through decision-making without high-pressure tactics.
• Manage sales process from consultation to signed agreement and handoff to production.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts, and generate referrals.
