Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling seeks an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Professional to lead in-home consultations across Metro Atlanta. The role focuses on high-end kitchen and bathroom design, guiding clients through major remodeling investments with a proven ability to sell over $2 million annually.

The ideal candidate operates with a premium client base, has extensive space-planning knowledge, and leverages top-tier design software to present compelling

Qualifications

• Personally sold more than $2 million in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects during a single year.
• A documented record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales.
• Significant experience selling kitchen and bathroom projects in Metro Atlanta.
• Experience serving affluent homeowners with high design expectations for communication and service.
• Proficiency with 20/20 Design or comparable professional design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home consultations throughout Metro Atlanta from first contact through design approval, signed agreement, deposit, and handoff to production.
• Build genuine trust with affluent, design-conscious homeowners.
• Translate client ideas into beautiful, functional kitchen and bathroom designs.
• Advise on cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, lighting, and finishes.
• Create and present personalized design concepts and investment options.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales forecasts while protecting profitability.
