Cartier North America seeks a High Jewelry Client Coordinator to support U.S. & Canada retail teams with VIP client research and project coordination. You will assist the Senior Manager of HJ Clients with daily boutique requests, gifting, and event initiatives, while maintaining precise administrative records.

The role emphasizes client development, sponsorships, and coordinated multi-market activities, with potential travel and strong focus on data accuracy and luxury client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years of related experience required.
• Previous jewelry industry experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team.
• Interest in luxury products, fashion, arts, and travel; travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the boutique network in daily Retail needs, including in-depth client research.
• Maintain the Salesforce database with reassignments, relationships, and multi-market validations.
• Assist with HE Client Development file and evaluate monthly HE sales.
• Coordinate sponsorship initiatives and local/international VIP tours.
• Prepare client biographies for events and assist with event books.
• Support on-site events and client data management for year-end allocations.
