Job summary

Brobston Group in New York seeks a High Jewelry Client Coordinator to support North American retail teams and develop high-end clientele. You’ll help with client research, VIP initiatives, and events while handling admin tasks and project coordination.

The role involves coordinating client data, event logistics, and bespoke gifting, contributing to strong client relationships across the region. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related experience.
• Jewelry industry experience is preferred; interest in luxury products, fashion, arts, and travel is an asset.
• Strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel as needed; Spanish, French, or additional language skills are a plus.
